I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was remarkable, with no trace of dirt or dust. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The free breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

very friendly staff went out of their way to allow us to be at train station for a early departure. driver came half hour early to take us.

Clean room with reasonable prices. The free breakfast was tasty and a great way to start the day. The free shuttle to the train station was very convenient and saved us time and money on transportation. The hotel was located in a key area, close to various attractions and restaurants.
The room was smaller than expected, especially compared to other business hotels we have stayed at. It was a bit disappointing to hear noises from the hall in our room, as well as the elevator bell since our room was at the end of the wing.

I love their service. They are so kind to me. And they provided free bus to niigata station. It was so early morning and I felt difficulty going to niigata station. I was so thanks to them.
Room is a little bit cold. but it is not a big problem.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the free breakfast which was quite filling and delicious. the shuttle service offered by the hotel was also convenient for traveling around and saved me some yen. the location of the hotel was a plus since it was close to the train station and other local attractions.
The room size as it was smaller than I expected. there were constant noises from the hall and elevator bell which disturbed my peace.
